WPALLOY SUPPORT
Find the right path to resolve an issue.
Support starts with the state of the product, site and authorization path—so troubleshooting stays precise instead of becoming guesswork.
CONNECTED SITES
Connection & authorization
Check whether the site is attached, authorized, active and reachable before changing WordPress itself.
AI ACCESS
AI permissions & grants
Review active AI access, scopes and authorization state separately from the basic site connection.
DOCUMENTATION
Understand expected behavior
Use product and platform documentation to distinguish supported capability from roadmap or preview behavior.
ACCOUNT
Account & organization context
Use your WPAlloy account for organization, connected-site and access context as the platform expands.
Capture the state, not just the symptom.
Useful support evidence includes the affected site, product/version, exact operation, expected result, actual result, relevant status or error code, and whether the issue reproduces after a clean retry.
Never send reusable credentials: passwords, installation secrets, OAuth tokens, signing material or similar secrets should not appear in ordinary support messages.
Start with the site you are working on.
Connected-site status and AI authorization are separate layers. Checking both usually makes the next troubleshooting step much clearer.
